Joseph H. Duncan, 90, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2022 at his residence at Adventura at Pembrooke in West Chester.
Born on January 16,1932 in Philadelphia, Pa., he was a son of Anne and William Duncan.
Joe graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following graduation, he served in the Navy for 3 years and 5 months. After being honorably discharged, Joe took a job with Ingersoll-Rand as a …
