Joe's obituary
".......With the 1st Overall Pick in the May 18, 2024 Draft, The Lord in Heaven's Team selects......Joe Donner.....Father, Grandfather, Fisherman, Man of Much Wisdom, Hardest worker on Earth."
On May 18, 2024, The Lord called his Son, Joseph Ervin Donner, home to play for his best team in Heaven. He was 85 years young. Joe Donner was a man of many talents and skills. In his youth, he served in the Army. He also held positions at Columbus McKinnon as a Welder, a Press Operator/Manager at Matrix aka Xerox, a Custodian at First Baptist Church of NT, NY, and a Driver for Medical Motors. Outside of Full Time employment, he has served as a Softball Coach, a Deacon, and AWANA Commander. His interests included the Casino, Hunting, Fishing, and Sports, specifically Buffalo sports and the Buffalo Bills. He was always quick to crack a joke but knew when to get serious and provide some much needed wisdom. He loved his friends and the time he spent with them, whether it be Fishing out on the lake, attending a Bills game, or just having a frequent get together at the house. Most importantly, except for his relationship with Christ, the Most important part of his life was his family. Everything he did outside the home, it was all to provide for his family at home. He leaves behind a legacy of wisdom, pride, and love to everyone he left here on Earth. He is preceded by: 1st Wife, Lorraine Kathleen Donner (Norris), 2nd Wife, Helga Kinnear, Mother, Hazel Donner (Reigle), Father, Henry Donner, Sr., Brothers, Henry "Buck", Gene, and Larry, and Sisters, Florence, Izzy, and Mary. He is survived by his Sister, Gloria, and Brothers, David and Paul, 2 Daughters, Paula Jean Lowe (Mitchell Wayne), Gayle Elizabeth Klarowski (Ron), and 6 Grandkids, Jenny (Zierath) and Joey Zierath-Lowe (Gilbert), Megan Hope Gibson (Gilbert), Palm (Victoria) Zimmerman, Amber Joy Donner Lowe, Eli Lowe, and Jackson Ellender. He is also survived by so many more friends that love him and will miss him dearly......In Closing, Joe Donner will not be a man soon forgotten, and if the Buffalo Bills win the Super Bowl this year, we will know that Joe Donner and God finally sat down and talked......and Joe won. Go Bills.
