Joseph Lloyd Bullin, Jr., 49, passed away on November 8, 2025 after a long, hard fought battle. His spirit was still so strong…his body was not and is now at peace. Joe was surrounded and supported by family, both in person and in spirit.
Joe was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri to Joseph Sr and Sheila Bullin on July 21, 1976. He attended the Park Hill School District. He worked for Baldwin Construction …
