Joseph Lloyd Bullin, Jr., 49, passed away on November 8, 2025 after a long, hard fought battle. His spirit was still so strong…his body was not and is now at peace. Joe was surrounded and supported by family, both in person and in spirit.

Joe was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri to Joseph Sr and Sheila Bullin on July 21, 1976. He attended the Park Hill School District. He worked for Baldwin Construction his entire adult life…they were family to him.

He was preceded in death by his Father, Joseph Sr. and Mother, Sheila as well as Sister Tracy.

He is survived by his two Sisters, Angy and Crystal. Nephews and Nieces…Tyler (Katie), Heidi (Joey), Dakota (Julia), Jenny, Gordon, and Veronica. As well as a Great-Nephew Grayson (Tyler/Katie) and soon-to-be-born Great-Niece Lorraine (Heidi/Joey).

Joe was such a funny guy who could make just about anybody laugh. He loved his Kansas City Chiefs! He would want his Celebration of Life to be one of remembrance and not sadness. Let’s honor that. Let’s dress in some Chiefs attire and get together and tell fun stories about a guy that we love so much and we miss with all of our hearts.
