Joseph's obituary
We are still gathering information about this accident and ask for privacy during this difficult time. He leaves behind 2 sisters, (Meagan and Cassie), and 3 brothers, (Chris, Robby and Chuck) as well as many nieces and nephews and brothers and sisters in uniform. A celebration of life will be held at a later time in his home state of West Virginia.
