Very good friend to my first ex-husband..hard worker..he was diagnosed with Cirrhosis of the liver..and because he didn't have medical insurance and a social security number was sent home from the hospital to die..Now because he doesn't have a social security number his caregiver is being denied grants for funeral expenses..
