Jose Carlos Pallares Jr was born in New Jersey on August 3, 1964. At age 8, the Pallares family moved to Phoenix where he was raised in Catholic tradition and attended St. Francis Xavier Elementary School. Jose made friends easily, both with other children and adults. His genuine friendliness won over everybody he met, even the strictest nuns! He was adored for his kindness and good manners, and he was respected for his brilliant intelligence. …
