Mr. Jose "Chichi" Orlando Hernandez was born in the Dominican Republic 4/19/1924, and passed away on Sunday 3/12/2023 at 10:15am at his home in Anaheim Hills, CA., he was 98 years old. He was married to Rosine Hernandez from approximately 1947 to 1983, together they had 2 daughters, Sylvia Angela Hernandez (nicknamed "Sisi") and Veronica Odette Hernandez (nicknamed "Niki").
