Jose Felix Jr, 47 of Hartford CT passed unexpectedly on November 22. He was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico to Jose Felix (predeceased) and Josefina Garcia (Rodriguez). Jose grew up in Mount Pleasant of New Britain for many years before settling in Hartford and worked in the Restaurant industry for the last few years of his life.
