Richard Simpson and Richard Leslie brought Wesley Scouten from Wesley Theological Seminary to Western MD.  We became the “fixer uppers” and we did a pretty good job .  I played golf with Wes and Tootie many times and became Tooties golfing partner through the early years of this century.  And she was good.  She won ladies tournaments at Penn National.  I will truly miss her.  Richard Leslie
