Jordan's obituary
Jordan Tyler Case passed away unexpectedly at home on March 20, 2023. He is survived by his parents James and Tina Case his five siblings Tiana, Amanda, Daniel, Leah, and Joseph. Also, Jordan was a loving uncle to six nieces and nephews: Autumn, Riley, Cole, Emily, Logan, and Kyrin.
Jordan was born in Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose. He was born immediately following his twin brother Daniel, on September 8 1999. Born a blue baby, he was rushed to the University of California in San Francisco and was treated for a rare heart defect. Within the first year of his life, Jordan underwent two more heart surgeries and would have a valve replacement when he was 13. Jordan started to improve and completed his milestones. He had a amazing personality, had a love for basketball, and loved playing with his twin. In the summer, Jordan enjoyed going to ability camps in the Santa Cruz Mountains and exploring the forests.
He enjoyed going to school, he attended Gateway High School in Gilroy, and graduated in 2020.
Jordan loved nature, and loved our trips to the family Case cabin in South Lake Tahoe. He loved the trees and Camp Richardson on the beach. Family summers on the beach and in the water and taking a nap on the beach. Jordan loved to help cooking dinner with mom and listening to music and singing and dancing with her.
This is how we knew him and how we remember him. His curiosity, humor, and tenacity for life were unmatched. Throughout his hardships, and with the help of his family, he kept fighting and enjoyed life to its fullest.
Jordan is also survived by his loving Grandparents Gordan and Charlene Case, Guido Taboada and Rosa Taboada, Preceded in death Odessa Taboada. Many Aunts and Uncles and Cousins.
Friends and family are invited to attend a Church service at St. Catherine’s Church 17400 Peak Ave., Morgan Hill on April 14, 2023 at 5:00 P.M.
