We will be celebrating the short but full life of Jonathon Bruce on May 14th at 2pm at the Eagle's Hall in Maple Ridge. We are all devastated by his loss - he was such a bright light in this world. We want this event to represent how Jonathon would want us to celebrate his life - with great stories, love, laughter, lots of candy and please wear your boldest colours (Hawaiian shirts) to honour his memory.
We are all grateful for the overwhelming love and support from friends and family over the last weeks.
Many have asked if there is a donation they can make in Jonathon's memory. The Tappen Sunnybrae Fire Department is about to create a Jonathan Bruce Memorial Scholarship Fund. If you would like to donate funds towards the Memorial Scholarship, please send an e-transfer to: tappenfirefighters@gmail.com and put Jonathon Bruce in the message .
