David Jonathan Sapp, 66, passed away on October 20, 2024, in Ocala, FL. Born on July 17, 1958, David dedicated much of his life to the construction industry, serving as a Construction Manager for 22 years. His hardworking, adventurous, and free-spirited nature was evident in both his professional and personal life.

David was a proud alumnus of the University of Florida, an experience that shaped much of his early adult life and instilled in him a lifelong sense of discipline and a strong work ethic. His career in construction allowed him to channel his robust energy and commitment to craftsmanship.

He is survived by his son, Allen Joseph Sapp, and daughter, Shelby Sapp, who remember him not only as a dedicated father but also as an inspiring presence in their lives.

David’s adventurous spirit will be dearly missed by all who knew him. His legacy of diligence and passion for life will continue to inspire his family and friends.

A small memorial service will be held for close friends and family at David’s home on Saturday October 26th, at 1pm. A spreading of the ashes ceremony will be announced at a later date.
