I was unaware of your passing until you visited me recently. Your energy is beautiful and always has been. In high school I looked up to you. You stood out and I admired how well you got on after being raised as a Jehovahs witness. You coped better than I did. I loved going to burger king for lunch. You had the vehicle and I had to sneak off campus.  Later our paths had crossed again when moving to Washington and becoming roommates. Remember when you painted the walls black with glitter flakes? That was fun, until we had to put them back white!!! You were always amazing. You had such a memorable laugh. It fills my heart to know that you were so loved to the end. My deepest condolences to those that stood by your side and loved you.

It is good to see you again ❤️

You know, I only met him once, but I sensed in him a kindred spirit. I remember showing him one of my favorite YouTube videos, a 6-ish minute music video telling the history of the Soviet Union to the tune of Tetris. He loved it, which was a big relief and delight to my little nerdy heart. Can't wait to see him again and share more of my geeky obsessions. <3

I keep waiting for the perfect words... but there are none adequate. I miss you, my little brother, my friend, my love... I think of you every day, and see you in the mountains and the trees and the flowers and the creatures that were so dear to you... and I remember your wisdom and your humor, and your loyalty... and your devotion to your Stephanie... she grieves so... I promise to be there for her to the best of my ability... in honor of her and you... always.
Johnny, you were always such a thoughtful, kind, funny, fantastic human. I know you are loved by many and you touched so many hearts. You were one of the specials ones that was definitely taken too soon. Love you Johnny...

I only met Johnny once, but on that day I felt I had known him all of my life. The love between Steff and Johnny filled the room. I know Steff carries that love with her, and always will. We love you.
I only had the chance to spend a little bit of time with Johnny, but I was so moved by his warmth, humor and courage....and the obvious love between him and Stephanie, who took such very good care of him. My deepest condolences to you dear Stephanie and to the rest of Johnny’s family.

My heart hurts for your loss... Especially my dear stepmom Laura... Wish I could have got to know him. I look forward to doing that in paradise, when the dead are given life again. I'm only 34, and yet I've known so many beautiful people that died way too soon. But I am forever grateful to God for giving us hope in the promise of the Resurrection...
"Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life..." - John 5:28,29

I'm so proud of you. You foug…
I'm so proud of you. You fought so hard and with so much grace, humor and patience. You have changed me forever and I'm better for having known you.
Thank you for letting me love you so completely at such a vulnerable time in your life. Thank you for trusting me with your care. I will love you until the wind no longer blows.
I will miss you forever.
You left like a comet.
You are amazing.
