Jonathan “Jon” Wade Matthews was born on April 30, 1974, in Henryetta, Oklahoma. He passed from this life on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 48 years. Jon was raised and educated in Henryetta and graduated with the Henryetta High School Class of 1992.
