My condolences to all Jonathan's family, friends, and co-workers. Landing in LA in the fall of 2014 from the east coast to care for my very ill uncle, Jonathan took this stranger (me) by the hand and guided me through all aspects of care, estate planning, death, and probate. He did this with compassion, understanding, and the utmost professionalism. I could not have done it without him. I grieve on his passing but am strengthened by having known such and kind and giving individual. Rest in peace, Jonathan. We miss you.
My condolences to the family and friends of Jonathan. We only knew each other in business, but sincerity and kindness came through during every interaction. Jonathan quickly established my trust in him as he handled my personal estate.
Our heartfelt condolences go to Jonathan's family and friends. As our estate attorney, we had the utmost confidence in Jonathan's expertise. He was not only knowledgeable, but warm, honest, and most importantly a man of integrity. He will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Very saddened to hear the news. My wife and I were very fond of you and wish we met you years ago and not only 6 months ago. You are a very kind man, God Bless your family during this difficult time and thank you for what you have done for us.
I just heard the shocking news of the passing of Jonathan's passing. Jonathan was a great man, a dedicated professional and an all around fun guy. He will be missed. My condolences.

So sorry to hear about Jonathan's untimely passing. Our condolences to the family and friends of Jonathan. He will be missed in the business community.
Great guy easy going (for a lawyer) and a pleasure to work with. His manner made you comfortable and he was really good at what he did. A surprise, I was in his office not too long ago. You never know and it’s good to be prepared that’s what he did for us. I wish him peace and my condolences to his office workers and family.
Sincerely, Gregg Novotny
My family is saddened at the passing of Mr. Harrell. My parents and I knew him on a professional level, and he was a good man with morals and integrity. His staff are all friendly and professional too! Although we mourn, we know Jonathan is in a much better state than us all. He is now with his loved ones who have since left this mortal existence.
Our family was a long time friend of the Harrell family through our membership in Valley Baptist Church. Jonathan and his sister, Tina, were very close to my sister, Karen, growing up and we all participated in the fun activities organized for us by VBC leaders. Jon had a great sense of humor and a ready smile for everyone. I can remember how good-natured he was and so friendly to everyone. He was also a dedicated Christian and that was a very important part of who he was. He will be greatly missed by our family. Kathleen Southwick
Me and my husband are very saddened to hear of Jonathan's passing and send our deepest sympathies to his family. He was a wonderful person.
