Really sad to hear of Jonathan’s passing. He was my tree guy when I needed one cut.  I still got a big huge white oak laying in my yard that he cut down.  He had some interesting tales to tell. They were so strange I didn’t know if he was just pulling my leg. I felt like he probably had some tumult in his life as he sometimes seemed preoccupied and in a hurry but I didn’t know him that well. I thought he had a serious talent for climbing and cutting trees man he was a natural. He talked about the Lord at times. He told me he wasn’t gonna be around much longer, I really wasn’t sure if he meant he was gonna move or die but it seemed like he was talking about dying. He didn’t elaborate. The last tree he cut for me was inFebruary of this year. I paid him by giving him a still chainsaw. He was complaining that someone had ripped him off and stolen everything he had. It was apparent talking to him that his associations were with some scoundrels. Rest In Peace friend.
