Jon's obituary

It is with profound sadness that we announce the  passing of Jon Wolfe, a remarkable man, whose life was marked by an abundance of love, wit, and generosity. Born in Pittsburgh PA  on October 25, 1963, Jon left us all too soon on June 5, 2025, leaving a void that may never be filled.

Jon is lovingly remembered by his partner, Diane St. Louis. His memory will live on, not just in Diane, but also in the hearts of his children,  Daughter, Amber Theus (Zak ), Easton Theus, his grandson, who was his pride and joy.  Son, Joseph Wolfe (Anna), Daughter, Megan Wolfe,  his Aunt and Uncle Jerry and Ardra Fitzgerald of Las Vegas,  and countless friends, and coworkers who had the privilege of knowing him.

A man of great intelligence, wit, and compassion, Jon was always the life of the party. He had an innate ability to bring joy and laughter to any room he entered. His lessons to not take life too seriously and enjoy every moment are an integral part of his lasting legacy.

Indeed, Jon lived his life to the fullest. He was an exceptional life partner, father, and grandfather, whose love knew no bounds. His kindness and generosity were legendary, and he made a significant impact in many lives. Jon's ability to connect with anyone he met was one of his most extraordinary characteristics, and his absence will be deeply felt.

To celebrate Jon's well-lived life, a celebration will be held on August 16, 2025, from 3-6PM at The Wine Gallery in Woodruff SC.. It will be an occasion for us all to share our love for Jon and reminisce about the wonderful times we shared with him. Jon's life was a testament to the power of love, joy, and generosity, and his memory will continue to inspire us all.

In lieu of flowers, there are a few organizations that meant a lot to Jon.  Donations may be made to any of the following.  The "Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation".  As a former firefighter & first responder, Jon held a deep respect for this organization, and it would be a fitting tribute to his life and values. Donations can be made at https://everloved.com/life-of…

Jon also sponsored a beautiful child through Compassion International and would be honored if any donations were made to his child PAUL in his name, Child Number KE082100384.  Paul lives in Kenya, and his birthday is March 9, 2012  www.compassion.com.

Lastly Jon was a member of 4 Points Church in Greer SC and with great generosity he suported the Next Door Campaign and  was so excited to give his services at the new church.  A donation can be made at www.4points.org with a notation " In  Loving Memory of Jon Wolfe ; Next Door Fund"

Jon's departure is a great loss to us all, but his spirit, lessons, and love will continue to live on. While we mourn his physical absence, we find solace in the indelible mark he left on our lives. His humor, kindness, and generosity will always remain in our hearts. Jon Wolfe, we love you and  you will be deeply missed by all.
