I met JR at SBMFC in 1988. We became fast friends. She was also my labor coach when I had my son. She has always had a special place in my heart. I think of her often

I only knew Jon for a short time. She was a very  personable lady. I will miss visiting with her.

Jon was passionate and had such a zest for life.  She always made you feel special and everything was more fun when she was with you.  She was my best friend while Seniors in High School and later was my first roomate, Bridesmaid at my wedding and I, hers.

I will always remember the joy and excitement in her voice when she called to tell me she was pregnant.  I never thought she could be happier, but then along came G.  The unconditional love she had for that boy was special.

I was blessed to reunite with JR a few years ago and saw her most recently last Spring.  It was clear that despite the health issues she was facing, her sense of humor, passion and love of her family and friends could not be dimmed.  Her giggles filled the air as we reminiced about the antics of our youth  and it was if no time had passed.

She will always be a part of my heart.  RIP Jon Rene.

My favorite part of Jon Rene, was how much love she shared with us about her family and her Grandson. It was always uplifting to be able to be a part of her life after all the years since we graduated from Santa Ynez High School. She was a great friend in high school and I will treasure my memories of her and her zest for love and life. God Bless.
I was so sad when I heard the news of Jon Rene's passing.  She was an amazing lady.  She always put others’ feelings ahead of her own.  She will be greatly missed!

Cara, my heart is with you. Your mom was such a big part of my early years. Our birthdays were two days apart and when little, e had our birthdays together. May her memory always be a blessing.

❤️ Susie
