Jon's obituary

Jon Antony Meyer, 60, of Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, passed away on June 19, 2025. Born on October 20, 1964, in Hempstead, New York, Jon was the beloved son of the late Arthur Daniel Meyer and Constance Lorraine Le’pine.

A proud graduate of UMass Lowell with a bachelor's degree in plastic engineering, Jon embraced a lifelong journey of learning and exploration.

Jon married the love of his life, Theary Hut Meyer, with whom he shared many joyous adventures. Together they raised three wonderful daughters—Eastera Danley, Linda Phou, and Christine Meyer—and cherished precious moments with their only grandchild, Mackenzy Danley.

Music, travel, and culinary arts were Jon's avenues for joy and connection. He loved playing his bass guitar, reveling in live jazz music, and experimenting with new cuisines. These passions were a testament to his inquisitive spirit and a love for diverse cultures.

He is survived by his devoted wife Theary, daughters Eastera, Linda, and Christine, his beloved granddaughter Mackenzy, brother in-laws, sister in-laws, nieces and nephews.

A viewing service to celebrate Jon's life will be held on Tuesday, June 24, from 4pm to 8pm at Dolan Funeral Home, 106 Middlesex St., North Chelmsford, MA 01863.

Our family extends heartfelt gratitude for the abundant love, support, and comfort provided by family and friends during this difficult time. May we find strength in each other and forever cherish Jon's memory.
