Jolee's obituary
Jolee Hayes French, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 10th, 2022, in her home surrounded by loved ones in the comfort of her home.
Jolee Hayes French, the daughter of D.C. & Gertrude Hayes of Palatka, Florida was born August 3rd, 1951, at Mary Lawson Hospital. She attended the public schools of Putnam County and was a Palatka Senior High School Graduate of 1969 where she served as a Bravette. At an early age, she professed her faith in Jesus Christ and joined Trinity United Methodist Church.
Jolee was a Florida native who loved cooking, baking, and inventing new recipes to pass on to loved ones, reading, bible study, the beach, rodeos, was a diehard Seminole fan, and had a deep love for animals. She enjoyed time with friends and family and had an infectious smile.
She is survived by her husband, Richard French III of 44 years. She is also survived by a daughter, Jo Frances Cone and a son, Buck Tillis. She is survived by 9 Grandchildren: Jon William Revels, Jordyn Revels, Jessy Revels, Blaine Tillis, Blake Tillis, Wyatt Woodard, Whitly Woodard, and Addison Tillis as well as 8 Great Grandchildren: Conner Revels, Caleb Revels, Cooper Revels, Hadley Cone, Hudson Cone, Carson Gibson, Easton Cone, Waylen Cone. Jolee was also loved by an abundance of nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
Her beautiful life will forever be cherished. She was welcomed in heaven with open arms by her granddaughter Jillian Revels and her parents.
In honor of Jolee’s wishes, she requested no services. Please honor Jolee and her family by donating to Putnam First Cancer Fund, 600 Zeagler Drive Palatka, Florida.
