I met John and Sam, and their daughters in 1980, when we lived near them at Lake Mead. Their lovely daughters and my 4 children became fast friends, spending many hours playing together, as we adults got to know one another. Memories of our time together ate precious...some of my fondest remembrances of our time there. i have thought if you all often , with a little prayer of thanks for the blessing of having known you all. 

Deepest condolences to your beautiful family on the loss of John -- he was a wonderful man. Gob bless and keep you all.
