Johnathon "JonJon" Clax, 42, of Killeen, TX, passed away on July 01, 2023 after complications from ischemic heart disease. 

Johnathon was born on August 14, 1980 to Jarell & Claudia at Seton Medical Center in Killeen, TX. After losing his mother unexpectedly to a car crash, Johnathon moved to South Dakota to be with friends who owned a farm.

These friends offered their unending support to Johnathon during his time of need and would eventually be the springboard for him to meet his future wife, Nashonda. Nashonda and Johnathon met while at a diner Nashonda used to work at and married after 4 years of dating. Nashonda and Johnathon went on to have 4 children. They also had many animals throughout their life as Johnathon was a dog person throughout his life.

The family requests donations be made to help cover funeral expenses in lieu of flowers or other sympathy gifts.

In the words of our grandfather, ""you cannot live without expecting death, but know you can live until your dead and you’re not dead yet."".
