John Paul Vogstrom , 78, of Apple Valley, MN, passed away on August 25th, 2021 surrounded by family. He was born to parents Joel and Leone Vogstrom on June 10th, 1943 in St. Paul, MN. He grew up in Eagan, MN showing horses with his family at the state fair , graduating from Sibley High School in 1961. John went on to work as a custom home builder designing and building many beautiful homes with …
