John was such a man of character and grace. I loved working with him at Urban Ventures and have the highest respect for him. My husband enjoyed taking him and his Great Grandson sailing on the St. Croix and we are grateful that we knew him and could contribute to Five Stone Media to further the work he did in prison ministry as well as Urban Ventures. I am blessed to have known him.

He was a leader to us, and his life was a testimony to the power of change, transformation, and healing - not only for himself but also for the countless lives he inspired and impacted.
