I am deeply saddened by the loss of my friend and colleague, John Tatro. He was one of my very first clients when I was a rookie sales rep, and his kindness made me feel welcome at a time when I was unsure of myself. Beyond his professional impact, John was an amazing bass player whose talent and spirit inspired everyone around him. I will always be grateful for the way he touched my life. My heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones.

I have been connected with the Sierra Select family for over 30 years, going back to the 1980s when they first supported my family’s A/V business. In 2008, John Tatro and his family welcomed me as I launched my own company, and I will always be grateful for the encouragement he gave me in those early days.

John had a gift for bringing light and energy into every room he walked into. His generosity and friendship left a lasting mark on me and so many others in the A/V and outdoor living community.

His passing weighs heavy on my heart. My thoughts and prayers are with the Tatro family and the Sierra Select family during this difficult time.
