John was the best boss. He granted me the biggest gift--flexibility to help my daughter with her special needs child. He had such a positive outlook and cared so much for his work family. He will be sadly missed by so many.

Dear John,
You were always the finest gentleman in our industry but above all, beyond your warm smile and and honest handshake you will always be one of the finest men i have ever had the honor of knowing. God Bless You Sir and may you enjoy peace and love in heaven as you have shared with all of us on earth...

I have been connected with the Sierra Select family for over 30 years, going back to the 1980s when they first supported my family’s A/V business. In 2008, John Tatro and his family welcomed me as I launched my own company, and I will always be grateful for the encouragement he gave me in those early days.
John had a gift for bringing light and energy into every room he walked into. His generosity and friendship left a lasting mark on me and so many others in the A/V and outdoor living community.
His passing weighs heavy on my heart. My thoughts and prayers are with the Tatro family and the Sierra Select family during this difficult time.

I had the pleasure of doing business with John almost 30 years ago. What started off as a seller buyer relationship it quickly turned into a long lasting friendship. John was a great man, loving son, brother, husband and father. He will be missed by all his friends in the 12 volt industry. Miss you and god speed brother.

As a former colleague of John's through the Pionner family of Distribitors. I had the pleasure of meeting John his parents and his brother Pat at various sales meetings and several trips to Hawaii. John was a kind thoughtful human. My sincere condolences to his family. He will certainly be missed by all that knew him. RIP John!
