The Bible gives us real comfort at John 11:11, Jesus compares death to a peaceful sleep, and Jehovah promises to wake our loved ones again. Acts 24:15 reminds us of that beautiful hope of the resurrection. May this hope give you comfort and strength as you look forward to seeing John again.

John was a truly giving person who was fun to be around-
I remember he volunteered to get one of his large company trucks and helped me move to my new home in Elk Grove some 18 years ago. He also got a group of us Yes tickets to see the band play in South Shore LT. He was generous, caring and happy go lucky, just a great guy!

My condolences!!! Johnny was on the worship team at our church in Citrus Heights. I joined the team in 2010 and he was so encouraging. My son was struggling and he finally joined us to sing. Johnny played guitar behind him and always told me my son was annointed. Here is the video

He also helped me with electrical stuff with my cars and was always a great friend to us! I just learned of his passing today. My heart is so so broken for his family. 💔

I’m so sorry that I wasn’t able to attend the service today. I’ve done business with the family for many years and John was a good man. I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear of his passing. I wish your entire family much peace in knowing you’ll be reunited again someday.

I was so sad when I go the news of John's passing. He was always one of my favorite Bass players in the early days of Bayside Citrus Heights. He was always kind and encouraging, and I know he will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Go rest high, on that mountain, friend. We'll take it from here.

So sad to learn of John’s passing. He was my next door neighbor growing up and my then husband and son have dealt with Sierra Select for decades. Small world, and now less brightly lit without John in it.

I am so sad. I worked for John/Sierra Select for 25 years. John was a great mentor and business man. I am a better person today because of John Tatro. My deepest condolences to his family. Rest in peace my friend.
