John "Johnny" Richard Taber, passed away peacefully at the age of 77 on Friday, October 7, 2022 in Tampa, FI. surrounded by his loving family, after a brief illness.

He was a loving father, step-father and grandfather. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Johnny had a love for animals and nature like no other;  and also a passion for cooking and music.

He is survived by his partner of 38 yrs. Joan Love, and six children: 

Sherry, Angela, Christina, Heidi, Johnny Jr. and Jeremy.

There will be no funeral service. 

I would like to thank the wonderful doctors and nurses at Tampa General Hospital for doing all that they could for him, and for being so kind and caring to our family.

I invite you to please privately celebrate Johnny's memory in your own ways. I know that he will be with us all in spirit.
