My long time childhood buddy, Greg Hart just advised me of this.
Had I known, I would have made a donation in any amount required to see "Strolly" laid to rest peacefully.
Trust me when I tell you this..
There were few people who were closer than Chief and I were n the 70's.
You have no idea of the nights we spent together upstairs and riding the roads in his old 4-door buick.
The stories I have would make you blush!
Like the time we all went to see Pink Floyd at RFK stadium, drove to the Jersey shore, pulled off to get some quick sleep, and were awakened by a NJ state Trooper, tapping on the window, pointing to a bag of "leafy material" on the floorboard of his Buick.
Man, we did it all!
i loved Strolly!
We were inseparable.
I miss that guy!

Every time I came over to see Mandy and Falynn, Cindy and John made me feel so warm and welcome in their home. I was basically your fourth kid 🤣 John you were a great conversationalist & always made me laugh. You made me feel special and cared about without ever having to say the actual words. Your kids completely adored you. You are deeply missed. Sending love and light to all who were honored to have known you both. ❤️
