John Dudley Strain Jr., 78, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away peacefully with his wife, children and grandchildren by his side, on February 26, 2025, at dawn, after a long fight with cancer.

John was born on September 23, 1946 to John Dudley Strain Sr. and Ruth Johnson Strain in Baltimore, Maryland. After John graduated from Parkville High School, he served in the army in Vietnam. When he returned, he went on to college for several …
