It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dad and husband John Robert "Bob" Skea, better known as Bob, on June 2, 2024. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle, Bob was born on December 31, 1948, and lived a life filled with his love for driving, craftiness, wit, love, and a lot of fun stories.
Bob will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Patricia Ann Skea (Setynski), his daughters, Corrinne Garrett and Amber Skea, and his grandson, Bobby Skea. He is also survived by his siblings, Jacqueline Farmer, Beverley Bower, and Jack Skea.
Bob was predeceased by his parents, Audrey and Butler Skea, his sister Bonnie Skea, and his brother Raymond Skea. His family will hold onto the deep love he had for them and the lessons he taught about the importance of family.
Bob had a loving personality. His giving nature, his craftiness, his wit, and his knack for storytelling will forever be remembered. He was also known as "Mister Fix It," a testament to his many skills, and was an accomplished truck driver. His stories and lessons will continue to inspire those who were fortunate to know him.
