John, I just found out a few weeks ago about your passing. Your family has been in my thoughts since the horrible day you lost Melissa in 2011. You were my daughter Olivia's softball coach at that time and it was a very tough time for you (of course) and for all of us standing on the sidelines. Now you have gone to join your beautiful wife. I have been working on my family genealogy since COVID hit and kept my retired self home. I just discovered today that I am 5th cousin with Melissa--mind was blown. That meant that Olivia and Claire are 6th cousins and played together for a couple of years. The world is not as big as we think. I pray for strength and resilience for your beautiful children. RIP John.
