Angels escorted our dear John Norman Scrutchen, Jr., better known as Cess, to his heavenly home when he was called to be with the lord on Saturday, February 5th, 2022.

Cess brightened the lives of the late John Norman, Sr. and Alice Marie (Vaughn) Scrutchen since his birth on July 7th, 1975, in Youngstown, Ohio.

He is survived by his mother Alice Carter and sister Luciana Scrutchen whom he loved deeply. He leaves to mourn numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Cess will also be dearly missed by Jeffrey Singleton, his best friend and brother since the age of eight.

Preceded in death by and welcoming him in heaven, is his father John Norman Scrutchen, Sr. as well as many extended family members.
