John "Scott" Volker, 75, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2025. Scott was born on January 3, 1950, in Fairfax, Missouri, to Julia Ester (McCoy) and John Wesley Volker. He grew up in Craig, MO, where his passion for cars and all things mechanical began early. As a child, he raced go-karts across state lines—often the only kid in the race, and often the one taking home the trophy.
