Lived most of his life on the Frey Homested on Odom Lane in Ft Bragg CA. Spent most of his life working as a Millhand in Georgia Pacific Lumberyard He was an avid rock hound and his hobbies included gemstone hunting , polishing and cutting, Exploring ghost towns, gardening and collecting anything that he thought was interesting, camping, going to yard sales and spending time with his grandkids

My grandpa John is very missed we had a close relationship he would come over to my house during the weekend then we would go to the yard sales we also spent time playing tri-ominos
