John Michael Stuedle, born on October 22, 1955, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2025, in Greensburg, Indiana. His life was a testament to resilience and generosity, leaving behind a legacy that will be cherished by those who knew him.

A two-time kidney donation recipient, John exemplified selflessness by choosing to donate his body to science, continuing his lifelong commitment to helping others.

John spent his early years in Kentucky and Florida before settling in the Cincinnati area. He retired from General Electric in 1992 after years of dedicated service. Alongside his late wife Cathy, who passed away in February 2022, John shared a passion for photography. Together, they were active members of several photography clubs in Cincinnati, capturing moments that brought joy and meaning to their lives.

He was a devoted father to his three children: Dawn Doke, Donovan Stuedle, and Stephanie Stuedle. John also took immense pride in being a grandfather to eight grandchildren: Jacob Gline, Jarod Gline, Justice Doke, Austin Doke, Braden Doke, Hannah Doke, Jesse Burress, and Catarina Burress. His family was the cornerstone of his life.

John was preceded in death by his parents, John and Verneda Stuedle; his brother Matthew Stuedle; and his sister Becky Crawley. He is survived by his brother Tommy Stuedle , sister Joneda Stuedle as well as his loving children and grandchildren.

John’s life was marked by perseverance and love for those around him. May his memory inspire kindness and gratitude in all who knew him.
