When I first went to work at Continental Airlines John helped and taught me so much. He was always a bright spot in my day. He made me laugh, sometimes cry and often aggravated me to death but was always there for me for support and understanding. I will always cherish the friendship we had.  I loved him then and always will.  I have missed his smiling face. I so wish I could have met you Caryn Ann. I'm so glad you guys had happi ess and a good life together. Blessings,  Jean Elkins

John had a thirst for traveling and had such a great sense of humor about the challenges that traveling presented. Traveling with him was a joy and full of laughter and wonderful experiences!

We all loved John Douglas/Cito very much and will miss him. We are glad he has found peace
