Background
My dad started many projects in the house that were never finished. These projects had slowly been getting finished throughout the years as funds allowed but now her financial future is not set in stone. The house needs new flooring, 2 bathroom remodels, some wall repairs, and some doors replaced. Helping my mom get the house in order will give her a fresh start with little to no projects for years to come setting her up for success in this new chapter of her life.
