John Lewis, of Elmer, passed away suddenly at the age of 51 on Tuesday, August 6th. John was known for his generosity and kindness, particularly towards his family, friends, neighbors and coworkers.

John loved to cook, and he loved to eat. The highlight of his week was cooking with family and friends and being his usual, goofy self, singing and laughing in the kitchen! He also loved to be on his Harley Davidson with his favorite co-pilot, his dog. You always knew John was in the room by his one of a kind laugh and fun spirited nature!

John is survived by his mother, Carol Lange, his sister, Donna, two brothers, Arthur and Donald, nieces and nephews, along with extended family members and of course, his beloved chihuahua, Baby Bear. He was predeceased by his half brother, Robert and half sister, Carol.

The passing of John Lewis - son, brother, uncle, friend, "dog Dad" - leaves a great void in all the lives he touched, as he was loved by so many.
