My dad will always have a special place in my heart. Our family has so many good memories of him. He had the ability to have fun and look on the positive side of any situation. Many of his family members got to say our goodbyes with him before he passed, and he managed to make us laugh even during this time. When he was filling out papers to be cremated, he signed them and told the man that helped us that "it's traditional when I finish a business transaction to give you a kiss." The man looks horrified, but leans in a little to shake his hand and asks if dad can blow it to him. My dad slips a Hershey kiss into his hand and laughs and laughs.
