John LeRoy Stevens passed away on Wednesday October 23, 2019 at the age of 73 in Tacoma Washington due to a rapidly progressing brain tumor. He was born on September 21 1946 to Clarence Edgar Stevens and Selma Voss Bluemel in Lyman Wyoming. John was an entrepreneur and lifelong business man. He worked and owned businesses of all sorts because he never could decide what he wanted to be when he grew up. He was constantly learning and loved to hike, eat, and try new things. He lived, laughed, made mistakes, and helped others along the way. John has nine children, and twenty seven grandchildren. The family is respecting his wishes by not holding a funeral or service for him. In lieu of flowers, please pay it forward to someone in need.
