We were so sad to hear of Jack's passing and have many fond memories from the Home Federal days as well as at Pharmacist Mutual. I will always remember his quick wit and infectious smile. We know he is missed!

I'm sorry I'm late with this. I sent a memorial to ASCF in Jack's name a few weeks ago, but failed to post a message here. Ann, Patrick, Chris, Cathy, Andrea and all the kids - I'm am so very sorry for your loss. I thought about Jack as today is my 19th anniversary with PhMIC. Patrick likely remembers that Jack actually got me my first job at the company, a million years ago, when he hired you and me as part of the maintenance / furniture mover crew. I miss you guys. Jack and I had a longtime friendship going back to early days together at AHS. Also lotta great memories with our extended gangs at Drake and UNI. He was a chaplain's assistant during the Vietnam War , then our 'Assistant' … Best Man … at Linda and my wedding here in Iowa in 1969. Miss you forever.

Dear Sweet Ann! Crap! I am so sorry for the loss of your lifetime friend and lover. On the other hand, I am so happy that you have had such a full life with your best friend – a lifetime of making so many wonderfl memories together! And now is a good time to remember/relive those memories. Jack was definitely ‘one of the real good ones’. He will be missed!

Jennifer & I are thinking of all of you and our sorry for your loss. All though we have not seen you or Jack for so many years you have always been in our hearts and minds. I will miss my friend "Big Cat" and will always cherish my memories of him and all the great times we had on the golf course. May you have piece in your hearts as he was loved by so many. Ann and Family, I am so sorry to learn of Jack's death. At least he got to spend some retirement time closer to his family. Am glad you are all close now and can help one another through the days ahead. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Ann and boys. Our son sent us this and we were so saddened to hear about Jack. My goodness the memories we have of all our “times” in Algona. Know we are thinking of you all and hope you all stay safe and healthy in this very unusual time.
