John (Jack) Jay Mills passed away in Indianapolis on November 10, 2019 at the age of 67 after a long struggle with an unknown hereditary neuromuscular disease. Jack spent his early life in the Meridian-Kessler neighborhood in Indianapolis where his family was active with the Joan of Arc parish. He graduated from Shortridge High School in 1970. He was drafted during the Vietnam War and served in the Army Infantry where he earned an honorable …
