I used to see him most days at the Reno VA where we both worked. He would always say Good Morning/Afternoon and he made a point to use my name. He was a great doctor as well as a great man.
A friend told me today that Dr. Peacock had passed away. I had since moved to Virginia and had not seen him for a while. I met him at the Reno VA in 2019 after I had been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. This compassionate doctor saved my life. It is because of Dr. Peacock that my outlook on life and my diagnosis changed. I'll always have a place for him in my heart and forever owe my gratitude to him for what he did for me.
