Age 85, entered into rest on May 6, 2019 at his residence. Memorial services will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at Mount Anna Baptist Church (2612 Banks Mill Rd., Aiken) with Rev. Dr. Jerry Corbett officiating. Survivors include his wife, Margie L. Young-Henderson; two stepsons, Richard Watson, East Orange, NJ and Troy E. Nickson, Newark, NJ; one stepdaughter, O'Lan R. Nickson, Newark, NJ; two granchildren, Troi E. Nickson, Jersey City, NJ and Malachi Shaddai Barron, Newark, NJ; two brothers, James Henderson, Charlotte, NC and Enoch Henderson Jr., Wendell, NC; Edith (Joseph) Hall and Annie L. Henderson-Fareed both of Rochester, NY and Dorothy Letts, DeBary, FL. Friends may call the residence.
