John was a member of the completions team at Maersk Oil in Houston while I was there.  He was a brilliant engineer and mentor, and a true gentleman.  My condolences to his family.
I had the privilege of working with his son John at Naval Sea Systems Command.  My heart goes out to the entire family.  God’s peace to you all.
Our sincere sympathy  to Janet, John and Jennifer and their families.  As a future Sister -in-law,  I met John when he was about 10 years old. I had the privilege of celebrating with Frances and Fred, his very proud parents; John's many honors as he went through high school college and career. After the loss of his immediate family John became our family patriarch and confidant. His presence on this earth gave me and my children great solace,  he will be missed. We are grateful for his wonderful life and the time we had with him. May he rest in peace. Love , Sue and family

My condolences to John's family. I met John through the Houston Power Squadron and discovered that we were also both Webb alumni.  We worked together in the Secretary’s department of the Squadron and shared our love for all things maritime.  He will be greatly missed!
