Johnson Family, my sincere condolences. Losing someone you love is never easy, and it’s even harder when their life feels cut short.

The Bible gives us real comfort at John 11:11, Jesus compares death to a peaceful sleep, and Jehovah promises to wake our loved ones again. Acts 24:15 reminds us of that beautiful hope of the resurrection. May this hope give you comfort and strength as you look forward to seeing John again.

Our condolences to all your family and friends John. You have always been a good friend to us all the years we lived in Blue Ridge. You were a kind, gentle soul. We will always remember how you helped us out when we prepared our house for sale. You went above and beyond to help us. You are not forgotten and our love for you will never stop. Merry and Bob
John’s humble, kind spirit will remain alive in all of us who were blessed by his friendship. He was such a gentleman and reliable presence. John J will be missed and forever be a part of St Luke’s and our community. Well done, John J. We love you!

John will be missed.  He was a quiet and kind man.  We shared a love of birds.  I will cherish the memories I have of John.  May he rest peacefully in God’s arms.

I was saddened when I heard the news of John's passing. He will be missed. I was honored to have known him.

I am so sorry for your loss.  I last spoke with John in November and was so happy to see him feeling better overall.  His passing is an unexpected loss to those who knew him and his gentle spirit.

Rest in eternal peace John and know that your kindness and gentleness will be remembered by many of us who called you friend.

Donaldson’s Picnic — with John Johnson
My wife, Elma, and I have known John for around 35 years and considered him to be a part of our family. We spent a lot of time together over the years-birthday parties, picnics, working at his place, working at our place, meetings, meals, etc. John's passing will leave a hole in our lives.
John was kind of quiet but loved hard-his family and friends. He was a dreamer. Always thinking of his next project from raising pheasants to remodeling his home. John was unique. He was a big man with a big heart. Elma remembers the time he came to the house and spent most of a day planting bulbs for her-his idea.
We will truly miss him.
We are sad to learn of John's passing.  John had a very kind heart and a loving spirit. He loved the Lord and his family.  May he rest in the arms of our Lord and his loving parents.
