John Henry Galloway Jr. was born in St. Louis, Missouri on October 26, 1936 to John Henry Galloway Sr. and Marcella Smith.
John, also affectionately known as “Bubba” was educated in the St. Louis Public School System. He left school early, enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and served from 1953-1957. He also served during the Korean Conflict and later, the National Guard. He loved military service.
