John Bruce Flad, 68, of Belfast, NY, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, May 31, 2021.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Viola Britt Blauvelt, and his father, George Flad, as well as his grandparents on both sides.

He is survived by his three children, Laura Flad, Amanda Flad Derouen, and Travis Flad, all of New Iberia, LA; his step-father, Lyle Blauvelt, his sister Dorthy Crane and his half-brother Brian Blauvelt …
