John was born in Lafayette, In. He passed away with family by his side. He is survived by a son John Wayne Kelly of Haines City and Step Daughter Lara Kelly Haines City, 6 brothers and 1 sister. He is preceded in death by his wife Sarah (Baxley) Kelly, his father John Wayne Kelly and Mother Marthalee Kelly. John had been living with end stage renal failure for 3 years, he passed away due to an infection after a finger amputation, he developed septic shock.
